Refund Policy - A legal disclaimer

✅ Refund Applicable (Only in These Cases)

 

  • If our driver does not arrive at the confirmed pick-up location.

  • If the cab breaks down and we are unable to arrange an alternative vehicle.

  • If we cancel your booking from our side due to unavoidable reasons.

 

In these cases, the full booking amount will be refunded to you.

⏱️ Cancellation Policy
 

  • Customers are requested to inform us at least 2 hours before scheduled time if they want to cancel the booking.

  • No refund will be processed for last-minute cancellations.
     


💰 Refund Process
 

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days via the same mode of payment.

  • Once a booking is confirmed and the cab has been dispatched, the booking amount will not be refunded if the customer cancels the trip.

  • If the customer is not present at the pick-up location at the scheduled time.

  • If the trip is shortened or changed after starting the journey.
